An island provider of professional fiduciary and administrative services has made several promotions across its Douglas office.

Circular Road-based Abacus Trust Group has made the promotions in its client services, statutory and compliance teams.

Emily Phillips has been promoted to client director, Thomas Downward to statutory supervisor, Helge Douglas to compliance supervisor (Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism and Provident Fund), Danielle Staub to senior trust and company administrator and Jamie Blayden to trust and company administrator.

Speaking about the promotions, the firm’s managing director Kevin Loundes said: ‘These promotions recognise the contribution each of these people make to the business every day.

Abacus Trust Group has a history spanning more than 40 years, having originally started as part of Coopers & Lybrand, which later became PricewaterhouseCoopers.
