Director of eGaming Integrity, Emma Shilling, has been nominated in two individual categories at the Vixio Global Regulatory Awards 2026.

The Douglas company is also shortlisted for Compliance Innovator of the Year and Compliance Team of the Year – Supplier.

Hill Street-based eGaming Integrity provides compliance and internal audit support to online gambling operators and suppliers. Its work includes mock audits, remediation, safer gambling assurance and evidence-led supplier oversight.

Shilling's individual nominations are for Anti-Money Laundering Professional of the Year, Compliance Innovator of the Year and Compliance Professional of the Year.

Emma said: ‘Seeing my name against three categories was a lovely surprise.

‘A lot of my AML work involves looking at what has changed around a business and whether that creates a problem for the licence holder. Sometimes the issue needs to reach the board.

‘For me, innovation is useful when it helps somebody make a better decision.

‘If we find something, the operator needs to understand what it means and be able to show why it decided to act or not to act. Sharing this recognition with the eGaming Integrity team makes it especially meaningful.’

James O’Kelly, managing director of eGaming Integrity, said: ‘Our monitoring can pick up a sanctions alert or an adverse-media development overnight.

‘The next job is working out whether the client actually needs to do anything about it.

‘Emma is very good at taking something we have found and working through what it means for the client. She also makes sure there is a proper record of whatever decision follows.

‘Having the team named alongside Emma means a lot. Clients trust us with sensitive information and decisions that can carry regulatory consequences. That external recognition matters when a new client is deciding whether to place that trust in us.’

Earlier this year, eGaming Integrity was named Independent Online Gambling Assurance Provider of the Year at the UK Enterprise Awards.
