RBS International has appointed Kelly Cawley as its new market lead for the Isle of Man.
The group, which includes Isle of Man Bank and NatWest International, says the appointment reaffirms its commitment to supporting customers, businesses, colleagues and communities across the island.
Kelly brings 26 years of experience with NatWest Group, having held a variety of leadership and customer-facing roles across personal banking, relationship management, customer growth and people leadership.
As market lead, she is responsible for retail, premier, mortgages and commercial banking across the island, working closely with customers, colleagues and stakeholders to support economic growth.
Kelly said: ‘I'm delighted to take on this role and continue supporting the customers, businesses and communities that make the Isle of Man such a special place to live and work.
‘Helping customers achieve their ambitions has always been at the heart of what we do.
‘From supporting first-time buyers and homeowners, to helping customers grow their savings and investments, and providing local businesses with the funding and support they need to expand, I'm proud of the role we play in the island's success and am excited to build on that by supporting customers and communities across the Isle of Man.’
The bank also remains committed to supporting the wider community. This includes expanding delivery of ‘Thrive’, NatWest’s financial education programme for schools, helping to raise awareness of STEM subjects and careers among young people, and growing ‘Financial Foundations’ sessions for adults and community organisations.
Richard Steel, managing director, international retail, commercial and private banking, RBS International, said: ‘Kelly's appointment reflects both her extensive experience and our continued commitment to supporting customers, businesses and communities in the Isle of Man.’
