Working with staff from the Isle of Man Ambulance Service and Isle of Man Air Ambulance Service, the Coastguard team helped transfer the patient safely to the helicopter.
The aircraft departed for the UK at 11.28pm.
In a statement online, Douglas Coastguard Rescue Team thanked everyone involved in the operation and wished the patient well.
