A man who was arrested after failing to abide by a curfew has been re-bailed.
Thirty-seven-year-old Michael Joshua Hall had appeared in court on September 10 and been bailed.
However, he was then arrested after the curfew breach and remanded on September 14.
Appearing before magistrates recently, his advocate Helen Lobb said Hall had spent time in custody and learnt his lesson.
He is due to face pre-trial review for a denied allegation of common assault on November 5, and a trial for affray on December 14.
Hall, of Woodbourne Square, Douglas, has pleaded guilty sending an obscene message via telecommunications, and will be sentenced for that after the denied allegations are dealt with.
Bail was granted with alcohol restrictions and the curfew.
