A Douglas multi-jurisdictional trust and corporate services provider has marked the long service of three of the team in its Hill Street office.

Roelf Odendaal, Lisa Whear and Leanna Dobson have all worked for Boston Multi Family Office, and businesses it has previously acquired, for 20 years.

Roelf has clocked up 20 years of combined service with Boston and Turnstone (Isle of Man) Limited, whose fiduciary business Boston acquired in 2024, while Lisa has worked for 20 years at both Boston and IQE Limited which the firm acquired in 2020.

Similarly Leanna has worked the same period for both Boston and IQE Limited before the latter’s acquisition six years ago.

Managing director of Boston Multi Family Office Sarah Ingrassia said: ‘It is a privilege to recognise the commitment of our long-serving employees.

‘Their knowledge, dedication and professionalism have made a lasting contribution to Boston and continue to play an important role in shaping the organisation we are today.

‘These long service milestones underline Boston’s commitment to recognising the expertise and loyalty of its people.

‘This culture was reflected in the company’s inclusion in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, in the Medium Organisation category, highlighting a workplace built on long-term relationships, professional pride and mutual respect.’
