Manx technology and communications business Noventre has appointed Lisa Karran as its new head of commercial operations.

Over recent years, Lisa has led strategic and commercial initiatives across financial services and digital sectors, developing expertise in commercial growth, marketing, stakeholder engagement and operational leadership.

In her new role, Lisa will work across the Douglas-based organisation to strengthen its commercial strategy, identify new opportunities and ensure Noventre remains closely aligned with the evolving needs of its customers.

Lisa said: ‘I’m really pleased to be joining Noventre and taking on a new challenge in a completely different sector.

‘My previous roles have given me a broad commercial perspective and a lot of experience working with businesses with complex requirements. I’m looking forward to bringing that experience to Noventre, while also learning more about the technology and communications sector.

‘A key part of my role will be getting to know our customers and understanding what they need from us.

‘I want to make sure we continue to build strong relationships and that our commercial operations support the wider team in delivering an exceptional experience for customers.

‘There is a lot happening across the technology sector, and I’m looking forward to being part of helping our clients navigate that.’

Noventre supports organisations across the Isle of Man with connectivity, IT support, Microsoft Cloud, cybersecurity and business communications, with a focus on providing practical technology solutions backed by local knowledge and support.
