FIM Capital Limited has appointed Tim Shallcross as head of marketing, sales and business delivery.

A spokesperson for the Douglas investment management and administration services firm said: ‘Tim joins FIM Capital having built a strong track record as a business development and marketing professional with extensive experience supporting financial services businesses and driving client-centred growth strategies.

‘His career includes senior commercial and marketing roles within a “Big 4” accountancy environment, along with leadership positions across international corporate, trust and pension administration firms.

‘These roles have seen him work extensively throughout the UK, Channel Islands, Southern Africa, the Middle East and China, bringing a truly global perspective to his relationship-led approach to business development.’

Speaking on the appointment, the company’s chief executive David Bushe said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Tim to FIM Capital.

‘His experience across international financial services markets combined with a demonstrated ability to drive commercial and client outcomes will play a key role in advancing our growth ambitions.

Tim currently serves as a governor on the board of Hospice Isle of Man and acts as a trustee for two more charities.
