Peel Charity Shop on Peel Promenade will reopen at 1pm on Monday (June 29).

Although the shop has been closed to the public over the last few weeks, a great deal of work has taken place to ensure the safety of both the shop’s volunteers and customers.

The store has a new spacious layout with lots of summer stock available. But remember to bring a bag, as used plastic bags will not be available.

As a precaution, all goods will be quarantined before being sorted.

A hand sanitiser station is available at the door for customers to use, and the counter, shelves and hangers will be cleaned regularly with anti-bacterial wipes.

A new card machine will enable customers to pay by card if they wish, although cash will still be accepted.

The shop will be open on Sundays and Mondays from 1pm to 4pm, and Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.
