A man accused of breaching a licence relating to his early prison release four times has made a further court appearance.

Shaun David Watterson, previously known as Bignell, has denied two counts of breaching the licence, but admitted one count.

He is yet to enter pleas to a further count, as well as criminal damage.

Appearing from custody in court, the 37-year-old was represented by advocate David Clegg.

Mr Clegg said that CCTV was still awaited, as well as further details regarding the alleged property damage.

A joint application was made by the prosecution and defence for an adjournment until today (September 1).

Bail has been granted with a condition to reside at the bail hostel Tromode House.
