Police say they will track down youths accused of abusing cruise passengers following reports of increasing problems at the Sea Terminal.
The Isle of Man Constabulary says it has received reports from Port Security about incidents of antisocial behaviour.
In a social media post, the force’s Early Action Team said: ‘We have had reports from Port Security that they are seeing an increase in unruly and rude behaviour by young people in and around the premises.
‘Of particular concern is the use of offensive language and displays of anti-social behaviour towards island visitors on cruise ships and also ferry passengers.
‘If you know that this is an area where your child tends to meet up with friends, you might want to check in with them. We will be reviewing CCTV in the coming days to try and identify the youths involved.’
