The island has voted in its youngest ever MHK, with 18-year-old Daniel Davison being elected in Glenfaba and Peel.

He polled 1,147 votes to finish second behind with fellow House of Keys first-timer Katryna Baptist who topped the poll with 1,232.

The previous youngest MHK was Peter Karran who was 25 when he was elected in 1985.
