Readers of our website Isle of Man Today have had their say on who they would like to see take the top job as the island's next Chief Minister.
With all 24 MHKs now sworn in and the new House of Keys beginning to find its feet, attention is turning to the biggest political decision since last week's General Election.
But the next major milestone comes on Tuesday (October 6), when candidates for Chief Minister must publish their policy proposals.
A week later, on October 13, the Keys will meet to nominate the next Chief Minister. A candidate needs the support of at least 13 MHKs.
The successful candidate will then face another challenge, building a Council of Ministers from a dramatically changed House which includes 15 new MHKs.
But who do Isle of Man Today readers want to see at the helm?
Following the election, we asked readers on social media who they would like to see become the island's next Chief Minister.
Of course, the public does not get to have the final say, the Chief Minister is chosen by the 24 MHKs, rather than directly by voters. That has been a point of contention in Manx politics in recent years.
Jane Poole-Wilson came out on top, with 441 votes, 43% of those who took part in our Facebook poll.
The Middle MHK, who topped the poll in her constituency, has been cautious when asked whether she would seek the top job.
‘I think it's fair to see who is in the House of Keys and what collective priority list everybody is going to coalesce around,’ she said on election night.

The next most popular named candidate was current Treasury Minister Chris Thomas, who received 152 votes, or 15%.
Mr Thomas did not rule himself out when questioned about the position after retaining his Douglas Central seat.
Asked specifically whether he was ruling out becoming Chief Minister, his answer was simple: ‘No.’
He said he would ‘look forward to talking with colleagues’ about the direction of the new government.

Interestingly, the second-largest response in the poll was not a named politician.
‘Someone else’ received 207 votes - 19% of the total.
That could point to support among readers for one of the House's 15 new faces, or another candidate who was not among the names listed in the poll.
Onchan MHK Rob Callister, who has since formally declared his intention to seek the position and published his manifesto, received 104 votes - 11%.
Douglas South MHK Sarah Maltby received 62 votes, or 5%, while her constituency colleague Claire Christian received 29 votes - 2%.
Ms Christian is among those who have been discussed as a potential candidate for the top job following her re-election.
Current Chief Minister Alfred Cannan received 43 votes, also representing 5% of the poll.
Mr Cannan survived a closely fought contest in Ayre and Michael, finishing second behind newcomer Stephen Broad. He has previously said he wanted to see which direction the new Keys was shaping up to take before deciding on his own position.
The poll reflects the views of Isle of Man Today readers who took part, rather than the wider electorate.
