The next meeting of the Manx Ornithological Society takes place tonight at Union Mills Chapel at 7.15pm.
Dr Jodie Craine will be the guest speaker.
She works at the University College Cork where she researches and lectures on sea bird behaviour and conservation.
She will be speaking about the life histories of sea birds, their conservation outlook and what can be learned about the behaviour from GPS tracking
studies.
The society welcomes bird watchers of all ages to their meetings.
