Isle Listen is calling for final entries for this year’s Tough Mucka obstacle course race.

The charity’s fourth Tough Mucka will take place in the south of the island on Sunday, September 27, with entries closing on Sunday, September 20.

Participants aged 15 and over can tackle either a 5km or 10km obstacle course, while children aged 10 to 14 can take on a 2km route.

Organisers are also looking for volunteers to help run the event.

Tough Mucka is Isle Listen’s biggest annual fundraiser, with money raised supporting its Mental Health Education Programme in schools.

The programme aims to build resilience and provide pupils with tools to support themselves and others.
