The House of Keys meets today for its first full sitting since the new Council of Ministers was appointed, with questions on the Mooir Vannin wind farm, benefits and crisis support among the items on the agenda.

Proceedings begin at 10am, with eight questions for oral answer before members elect representatives to two parliamentary committees.

Former Chief Minister Alfred Cannan will be among those putting the new administration under scrutiny, asking Chris Thomas about potential ministerial conflicts of interest relating to the Mooir Vannin wind farm application.

Mr Cannan will also question Infrastructure Minister Jason Moorhouse on coastal erosion and bus services, while other MHKs will seek answers on disability benefit processing times, suicide prevention and support for people in crisis.

The sitting follows the final appointment of the new Council of Ministers last week, with no legislation scheduled for consideration today.
