Ashley Robert Gardner, aged 24, of Archallagan Terrace, Foxdale, has denied careless driving.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on January 10 at Foxdale Road in Foxdale.
He was represented in court by advocate David Clegg.
A pre-trial review will take place in summary court on June 1.
Bail was granted in the sum of £500.
