Motoring enthusiasts were given a treat at the Grandstand when members of the north west branch of Citroen Specials Club paid a visit to the island for a tour.
The club members gathered from all around the north west of the UK and set off in their cars to complete a lap of the TT course from the Grandstand, flagged away by David Cretney.
Fifteen modified Citroens, many based on 2CVs, were brought to the island with around 30 members of the club travelling for the event.
The Citroen Specials Club was formed in 1989 and the Isle of Man visit was organised by Ian Ross, from Kirk Michael, who is the only member of the club in the island.
The club is global with members far and wide, in the UK, Europe, USA, Japan and Australia.
