There is to be a summer of music and dance in the grounds of an historic Manx building in the south of the island.
Manx National Heritage will host a weekly ’Picnic in the Park’, from Sunday August 9, in the grounds of Rushen Abbey.
Starting at 3.30pm there will be music from Owen Williams and Clash Vooar, along with folk dancing from Perree Bane, with further performances over the next few weekends from the likes of Skeddan Jiarg, Biskee Brisht and the Mollag band.
