A new initiative has seen almost 100 pairs of pyjamas donated to the Children’s Ward at Noble’s Hospital.

Georgina Kermeen established the Children’s Hospital Pyjamas (CHP) initiative here in the island after joining the charity as a volunteer in UK earlier this year. She suggested CHP made contact with Noble’s Hospital.

Manx Care said: ‘Thanks to the incredible generosity of local businesses and members of the public, the ward has received 96 pairs of pyjamas, with four pairs in every size from newborn through to adult. These pyjamas will help bring comfort and dignity to children and young people during their stay in hospital.’

Kira McAteer, Manx Care’s general manager for women, children and families, thanked everyone involved in supporting the initiative.
