Plans have been submitted by Douglas Town Centre Management to paint a street art mural on the side of their building on Barrack Street.

The mural proposed for the council’s offices, which neighbours the Outback nightclub, would be neon and floral-themed, and also feature a tiger.

The alcoves in which the murals would be painted were once the entrances to the building’s undercover car parking.
