A seven-year-old girl has raised more than £140 for an Isle of Man charity after turning the profits from a car boot sale into a fundraising donation.

Ella Temple raised £141.70 for Arlo’s Adventure through a car boot sale held at the Southern 100 paddock on August 2, alongside her dad.

The money was handed over to Ava, Arlo’s little sister, on behalf of the charity.

Arlo’s Adventure was chosen after the charity supported Ella’s family when her younger sister Evie was born in October 2024 and later received treatment at Alder Hey Hospital in the UK.

The charity supports Manx families requiring medical treatment off-island by helping with travel, accommodation and other costs.

The organisers of the car boot sale also donated £1,390.57 to Arlo’s Adventure from the event.
