Ramsey Commissioners is reminding its tenants that they are able to apply for the position of tenant representative to serve on its housing committee.

A spokesman said: ’The commissioners’ aim is to improve tenant experience and satisfaction by building a relationship with tenants and delivering a good quality service enhanced by tenant involvement and representation.

’Communication and the exchange of information are vital for effective resident involvement. It is considered important that the housing committee appoints a tenant representative to bring a wider perspective and improve tenant representation and involvement’.
