Matt Looker is out of hospital after breaking a couple of bones in his neck during a crash in the cycling leg of Sunday's triathlon.

'I'm good, if a bit sore!' Looker explained as he spoke to Media Isle of Man's Dave Norton at today's mountain bike event where he was cheering on his team-mates.
