The Manxman will return to normal services this evening, the Steam Packet has announced.
MV Arrow was carrying out freight services last week to cover the Manxman.
The Steam Packet's flagship had been unable to operate at night due to staff absences at short notice, combined with industrial action taken by members of the Nautilus union.
However, with the two sides agreeing to return to the negotiating table and, if necessary to go to arbitration, termination letters issued to staff have been withdrawn and the officers ended its action.
The two sides are due to resume talks next week.
