Firefighters tackled a fire at the old Ballacallin Hotel in Dalby overnight.

They advised people in the village to keep their windows shut during the blaze.

They are still at the scene this morning.The road between Glen Maye and the Round Table is shut except for residents' access.Firefighters had difficulty getting water to the scene.They had to transport water from Glen Maye.This made the area from Glen Maye to Dalby ice over and dangerous.
