Fire crews battle two hedgerow fires in two hours.
Peel firefighters were called after reports of a hedgerow on fire on the Arrasey Road, Glen Maye at about 4.15pm yesterday.
They were then called again at 6.15pm after another report of a hedgerow fire on the Arrasey Road.
The fire service say the tick gorse and light winds were helping to spread the fires.
Rangers from the Department of Environment Fodd and Agriculture assisted firefighters in their efforts.
