A 43-year-old man has admitted possessing cocaine with intent to supply.
Christopher Richard Corrin, of Anagh Coar Road, Douglas, also pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, having no insurance, having no vehicle licence, and failing to stop after an accident.
Prosecuting advocate James Robinson said that the drug charge related to 13.5 grams of cocaine.
The offences were committed on February 2.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction and committed Corrin to the Court of General Gaol Delivery for sentencing on March 19 after a probation report has been completed.
Corrin appeared in court via video link from the prison and no bail application was made.
