A Peel man accused of having an offensive weapon and assaulting a woman has appeared before court.

Darren James Carnochan, 39, of St German’s Place, faces two counts of possession of an offensive weapon, two counts of common assault on a female, three counts of damage to property, resisting a police officer in execution of duty.
The case has been adjourned to June 30.
No application for bail was made and Carnochan was remanded in custody.
