A former fund services manager and keen amateur photographer has admitted more offences of possessing indecent images of children.
We previously reported how, in November, Vincent Campbell, aged 66, of Hope Street, in Douglas, admitted four charges of possessing indecent images of children.
Campbell was next due to appear to appear at the Court of General Gaol Delivery yesterday (Monday).
But on Thursday he appeared in court, admitting seven more counts of possessing indecent images of children. Both sets of charges relate to a total of about 15,000 images.
He was initially bailed in November but then surrendered his bail in December.
At that sitting, advocate Stephen Wood said that Campbell’s employment had ended. He is on remand awaiting sentencing.
