Peel Police have launched an investigation following criminal damage to a black VW Golf earlier this month.

The car was left unattended on Shoulder Road in Foxdale due to snowy conditions and was damaged sometime between 2pm on December 8 and 1pm on Saturday 9.

In a Facebook statement, the police said: ’On the owner returning to the vehicle they have noted that the windows have been shattered and numerous copper coloured ballbearings inside the vehicle.
