Police are investigating an incident in Douglas last Friday (July 16) which involved a white Renault Megane coupe and a double-decker bus, and resulted in two bus passengers needing to go to hospital.

Police say they are ‘especially keen’ to speak to the driver of a white van (possibly a Ford Transit) that was heading towards the St Ninian’s traffic lights along Glencrutchery Road and who may have witnessed the incident, which took place around 5pm on that road.
They are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or is the driver of the Megane, to contact Police HQ on 631212, quoting investigation reference: 97/32923/21.
