A 15-year-old girl has appeared in court charged with common assault.
The youngster, who cannot be named due to her age, allegedly threw milk over a member of staff at White Hoe care unit and used Google translate to tell her: ’Go back to your own country.’
Prosecuting advocate Rebecca Cubbon told the court how the incident is alleged to have occurred on October 13.
The teenager was said to have woken up in a bad mood at the unit and allegedly became abusive towards the staff member and used a computer translation programme to tell her to go back to her own country.
The woman took some rubbish out and the teenager was then said to have locked her out.
When she got back inside the youngster was then said to have thrown a carton of milk at her which exploded everywhere and said: ’Stupid b**ch.’
Police were called and she was charged with common assault.
The case was adjourned until October 27 when she will appear in juvenile court.
Bail was granted in the sum of £100.
