Bright today with good sunny intervals and only a slight risk of one or two passing wintry showers. Moderate or fresh westerly winds, these easing later, with the maximum temperature a cold 8 Celsius.

Tonight stronger northerly winds will develop, with otherwise clear spells and isolated wintry showers. Then tomorrow will be another bright but cold day with fresh to strong northerly winds, and the wintry showers may become more frequent at times.

Continuing cold on Thursday, with outbreaks of rain.
