Bus Vannin drivers will be paying their respects to a former colleague by holding a minute's silence later today.

Jonathan Campbell, who was also a retained firefighter at Laxey, died suddenly on Sunday, July 23.

A Isle of Man Transport statement said: 'In honour of our late friend and colleague, Mr Jonathan Campbell, staff will be observing a minute's silence at 1pm today.

'Those Bus Vannin drivers "in service" will pull over, if safe to do so, to show their respect for our dear friend.'
