Harbour Lights at the Sefton has reopened after what has been described as a major refit.

The Sefton Hotel’s so-called ‘destination restaurant’ is operated by the family-owned Harbour Lights group.

Director Ben Heath said: ‘We entered into a partnership with the Sefton Hotel in 2015, since when Harbour Lights at the Sefton has proved to be a great success.

‘To be operating from such a landmark building as the Sefton Hotel has provided us with an opportunity to showcase our product.

‘It was against this background that we felt the time was right to invest in a comprehensive refurbishment of what is a fantastic space.

‘The new design reflects the elegance and heritage of the Sefton Hotel and will serve as the perfect setting for us to serve our signature modern British and international dishes seven days a week.’

Group operations director for the Sefton Group Adrian Brockhouse said: ‘Partnering with Harbour Lights has proved to be a mutually beneficial working relationship.

‘Ben and his team share the Sefton Group’s commitment to deliver consistently high-quality customer experiences and this refit of our flagship restaurant is a resounding vote of confidence in both the Sefton Group and Harbour Lights brands.’
