An Athol Street financial firm has announced the appointment of two new directors to further strengthen its board.
Louise Haynes and Andrew Paul have both joined the board of directors from existing managerial positions within the company.
Mrs Haynes has been with Fedelta for more than 11 years and has worked up through the ranks on the administrative/operational side of the business and Mr Paul joined the company in 2017 in the role of technical manager.
Both new directors bring many years of senior experience in the administration and trusteeship of all types of pension schemes, particularly Isle of Man Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPS).
The two board appointments have left the way clear for other promotions.
André Lemon and Adam Jones have both moved up to managerial positions as pensions manager and manager - client accounts respectively.
In addition, Carolyn Carroon moves up to senior pensions executive and Renz Ferrer has been promoted to pensions executive.
Founding shareholder/managing director, Nigel Callin, said: ’It is great to see all of these team members taking a step up within the business.
’Fedelta Pensions Limited has maintained its leading position within the industry by always striving to employ and retain the very best staff and this group of individuals are some of the most talented I have worked with.
’It is an added bonus that they are all great friends and have a tremendous team spirit and can-do attitude.
’Some of our clients have been with the core members of our team for more than 30 years and giving staff the opportunity to grow and develop within the business means that clients should continue to benefit from the continuity of dealing with people that they have built relationships with over many years.’
Fedelta Pensions Limited was the first company to be registered in the island with the FSA as a professional retirement benefits schemes administrator (registration number RA001).
