Robert Floate has joined the advisory team at MannBenham Advocates to provide specialist regulatory and compliance services.

Mr Floate will be working with clients covering corporate governance, company processes and procedures.

A company spokesman said he has vast experience from the financial services industry, which has covered investment businesses, treasury services, corporate service providers and fund services.

With a background working within the compliance industry since 1996 and having previously been admitted as a member of the Law Society of England and Wales in 1980, he has knowledge and experience across both law and compliance.
