Corporate and commercial lawyer and Isle of Man company law expert Hazel Dawson has switched law firms.
She has joined the Keystone Law Isle of Man team from DQ Advocates, where she was a senior associate.
Mrs Dawson has experience advising Isle of Man companies listed on the AIM, LSE Main Market, NEX Exchange and TISE capital markets in relation to reverse takeovers, restructuring and rights issues.
She also provides corporate advice on Isle of Man company law issues and commercial advice to clients in relation to a wide variety of transactional work.

Having been recognised in the most recent Legal 500 guide as a Next Generation Lawyer, Mrs Dawson is also said to be skilled in the areas of investment funds and capital markets, and banking and finance.
She often advises clients on regulatory and compliance issues, particularly in relation to their legal obligations under the island’s financial services and AML legislation.
