WHIreland International Wealth is now based in new ’contemporary’ offices in St George’s Tower, on the corner of Hope Street and St George’s Street in Douglas.

The move to the spacious, modern new premises is part of WHIreland International Wealth’s strategic growth plans in the island and the location was chosen with clients and employees in mind, the company says.

Carefully designed to support the business requirements in the coming years, the offices provide large bright open plan working and break out areas enabling members of the team to easily work together as well as participate in meetings with UK-based colleagues.

Great emphasis was also placed on creating more extensive client meeting facilities off the stylish reception foyer.

The fit out and furnishing of the new offices took just six weeks and WHIreland said it was delighted to use Isle of Man-based contractors for the works, including Tom Waterworth of Apex and David Cain from HS3.

The fit out process was captured in a time-lapse video that can be found on the WHIreland International website.

WHIreland International also used the opportunity to further enhance its ’operating platform’ by introducing into its systems the new SEI wealth management platform used elsewhere in the WHIreland Group.

The platform will provide an ’enhanced customer experience combining greater accessibility with a unified administration, custody and reporting solution’.

Will Corrin, WHIreland International Wealth managing director, said the move to larger modern premises is part of the firm’s long-term strategic growth plan.

He said: ’As we enter just our fifth year of operation on the Isle of Man, I am incredibly proud that as a result of our continued success we have moved into fantastic new premises.

’St George’s Tower gives us a lot more organisational flexibility as well as room for future growth.

’More importantly, we have also gained a prominent street presence and spacious, contemporary, client meeting facilities making it much easier for clients who wish to come and see us in person to stroll in off the street.

’Along with the introduction of the SEI wealth management platform, the new premises give a clear message that WHIreland International Wealth is a modern, ambitious and forward-looking business both for staff who wish to come and work with us as well as clients.

’Although we’ve only been in the new offices for a few weeks, we’ve already met with many of our clients and contacts to show them around and to talk about the investment outlook for 2018.

’We have been delighted with the very positive reaction to date to our new home.’
