Jeremy Meggitt has been appointed by corporate and trust service provider Sentient International as part of the company’s contining plans to further strengthen and develop its business.

Mr Meggitt has worked for more than 35 years in banking.

Based in their office at the Jet Centre, Isle of Man Airport, Mr Meggitt will play an role in the business’s expansion plans into new markets and will work with the directors on client matters and develop new business.

Mr Meggitt, new client relations executive, said: ’I am delighted to be joining Sentient, a business that is both well recognised and regarded highly for its expertise by its peers and clients.

’While this will be a new challenge for me, I am excited to be working with a proactive and growing brand like Sentient and to be able to take the knowledge and experience I have gained throughout my banking career and use it in new and different ways.’

The company works in niche industry sectors, including aviation, property, shipping, and yachting; in addition to the more traditional corporate and trust services.
