Insurance company Zurich International is offering a range of employee benefits created specifically for Isle of Man businesses.
The business is based at Isle of Man Business Park.
Among the 300 Zurich International employees here in the island is a team who support products for the local market.

’The Zurich Flexible Personal Pension Plan and Zurich Personal Pension Plan are available as both company sponsored and individual personal pensions.
’The Flexible Personal Pension Plan is based on the pension freedoms introduced by Isle of Man Government and allows increased flexibility at retirement, while the Personal Pension Plan is designed to accept transfers from plans prior to the pension freedoms being introduced.
’Employees and individuals can hold both plans with the same provider using a consistent range of investment options.’
Zurich International has also introduced an employee assistance programme, island based bereavement counselling, and award winning early intervention services which are now available for customers in the Isle of Man. These services are part of Zurich International’s commitment to taking extra care of customers, especially at crucial times when customers need support the most.
