In addition to his work in the NHS, he has held a portfolio career for over 25 years, combining senior roles across the commercial, executive education, and public sectors.

A serial entrepreneur, Dean now focuses primarily on health and insurance related business that apply technologies to support health systems.

PDMS has worked with different organisations within the public sector and the NHS for more than 20 years.
