Mark Kelly of Port Soderick and Caroline Halls of Fritton, Norfolk, married at Norwich Castle.

The wedding was witnessed by Mark’s daughter Katy (pictured left) and Caroline’s daughter Gemma (right).

Mark recently retired from the Isle of Man Government as chief executive of the Department of Home Affairs.
