Saturday afternoon’s Classic TT qualifying session has been red flagged after an incident at Quarterbridge.

The rider involved, Nathan Harrison, is reported to be okay.

Organisers have confirmed that a small amount of bikes are travelling back to the Grandstand in the ‘wrong’ direction under escort from travelling marshals.

The qualifying session is expected to resume at 2.15pm.

As a result of the slight delay, the Supersport Manx Grand Prix is now due to start at 3.15pm and the Historic Junior race at 5.15pm.
