Roads close for the first day of racing at this year’s Manx Grand Prix/Classic TT this morning at 9.30am.

Another Classic TT qualifying lap is scheduled for 1.45pm ahead of the four-lap Supersport Manx Grand Prix at 2.45pm.
The Historic Junior Classic TT, which has been brought forward to today, will now take place over two laps at 4.45pm.
Roads will re-open no later than 9pm.
The weather forecast looks good, with the Met Office at Ronaldsway predicting dry and sunny conditions with a light or moderate northwest wind and a top temperature up to 17°C.
