Nineteen teams from businesses and organisations across the Isle of Man raised more than £20,000 for Hospice Isle of Man after taking part in this year's BIG Corporate Challenge.
Despite challenging weather conditions, the annual fundraising event saw participants compete in a series of team-based challenges while raising money for the charity, with a total of £20,680 now going towards Hospice services.
The competition was closely contested, with ‘Crowe-ver Achievers’ from Crowe Isle of Man LLC and Team Utmost from Utmost International finishing level on points.
The overall winners were ultimately decided by a game of rock, paper, scissors, with Crowe-ver Achievers taking the title.
Team Utmost finished as runners-up, while Control, Alt, Destroy from IQ-EQ Isle of Man secured third place.
Other awards presented during the event included the Exemplary Egg Award, which went to Team PGI from PGI International, while the Team Spirit Award was presented to the A&E Avengers from Noble’s A&E department.
The Best Mascot award was won by The Rehab Rebels from Manx Care Intermediate Care Services for their capybara mascot.
In the fundraising categories, The Rehab Rebels were named runners-up after raising £724, while Zurich Wipeout Warriors from Zurich Isle of Man were recognised as the event's biggest corporate fundraisers, collecting £948.
A spokesperson for Hospice Isle of Man said: ‘The weather certainly tested us this year, but it didn't dampen the enthusiasm of our incredible teams.
‘Seeing so many organisations come together, support one another and raise more than £20,000 for Hospice was truly inspiring. Every pound raised will help us continue providing compassionate care to patients and families across our island.
‘We are immensely grateful to everyone who took part, volunteered or supported the event.’
Hospice Isle of Man also thanked headline sponsor Flutter International, as well as St John Ambulance Isle of Man, Haldane Fisher, and the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company.
