A charge of breaching a probation order, against Andrew Fenton, aged 45, of Cronk Grianagh, Strang, has been dismissed.

He had previously denied the allegation.

Prosecuting advocate Barry Swain said that the prosecuting were offering no evidence.

He was not required to attend court.
