A Douglas teenager has been fined £330 for possessing 7.4 grams of cannabis.
Toby Kelly, of Springvalley Road, has also been ordered to pay £125 prosecution costs.
They signalled for him to stop but he rode on, until being stopped in Lord Street.
He told police he had cannabis on him and three wraps were found.
Police valued the drug at £148.
Defence advocate Lawrie Gelling asked for credit to be given for Kelly’s admissions to the police and his guilty plea.
The advocate said the drug had been for personal use only.
Kelly will pay £20 per week.
