Robert Douglas Tate, aged 48, of Beary Close, Peel, will face a trial in summary court on June 19.
He has previously pleaded not guilty to dangerous driving, alleged to have been committed on August 29 last year.
He was represented in court by advocate Peter Taylor.
Bail continues in the sum of £500 with a condition to live at his home address.
